I Make Fitness Fun

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed the discomfort.

I thrive on creating a dynamic and energetic atmosphere in order to motivate my clients. I strongly believe that cross training has the best success rate in achieving your set goals and making fitness a part of your daily routine. I believe that all it takes is for a person to find the type of exercise they will enjoy, be it walking or dancing or anything that gets them off the couch.  All it takes is a single step.

No impact with results

POLE WALKING

Walking for pleasure or exercise is a no impact way of getting exercise. Step it up a notch and using walking poles which incorporate your upper body.   This method burns 26% more calories as well as getting your heart rate up. 30 minutes of pole walking = 50 minutes of regular walking

Easy on your joints

AQUATIC CONDITIONING

Jump in! The water feels great and it's easy on your joints. Aqua Zumba will get you moving and jumping (optional). You use the resistance of the water to strengthen your muscles and tone up your entire body.  It's Zumba with a splash!
