I have always been a fitness enthusiast. However, my professional career began seven years ago when I started leading group fitness classes. Because of my love for dance combined with my interest in exercise, this motivated me to become a licensed Zumba Instructor. Gradually, I branched out in other areas of fitness such as Spinning, TRX as well as getting certified as a Personal Trainer. I thrive on creating a dynamic and energetic atmosphere in order to motivate my clients. I strongly believe that cross training has the best success rate in achieving your set goals and making fitness a part of your daily routine. I also believe that all it takes is for a person to find the type of exercise they will enjoy, be it walking or dancing or anything that gets them off the couch. All it takes is a single step.
